I struggled to find a 40mm fan cover that matched my Ender 3 Pro's theme, so I took matters into my own hands and designed a Yin and Yang pattern. When I attached it to the fan, I was surprised by how much noise it made due to the limited airflow caused by the uncovered fan. The solution proved simple: adding a few distance holders allowed me to keep the cover close enough while still permitting sufficient air flow. These thin tubes fit perfectly into the fan body's pocket hole. To secure everything, I used 4 M3 screws that are 30mm long on my HeroMe fan duct.
