Some fan covers I made for the 40mm extruder fans on my old Duplicator i3 clone. It's a very thin 5-spoke vortex grille. There are some 2-screw and mirrored variants included. The inner opening lines up somewhat with the center of 40mm Noctua fans. The slip variant has a 40.5mm inside dimension and fits my fans just fine. When printed in PETG on glass, they will pop off the print bed when cooled - if you're using some other print bed material, be careful, as the center section is quite fragile.
