40mm fan cover

I used to employ a flat fan cover (yellow one in the picture). However, I'd inevitably knock my nipper into it, which could cause fan leaves to break, and I've had that happen. Then, I spotted a similar design (the white one beside the yellow) meant for 50mm. I created a drawing tailored for 40mm but discovered after using it that the semi-circle shape was a bit large. There was still a risk of knocking my nipper into it. Consequently, I reduced the gap and achieved a more attractive result. It's now ideal for me.
