40mm fan blade replacement

I modified the original fan blade assembly to simplify the replacement process and ensure a complete overhaul. To achieve this, I retained the magnet, axle, and two O-rings from the old assembly. The axle socket measures 2.1mm in width, which means the axle fits snugly without any need for adjustments or centering. I simply applied a drop of superglue to secure it at the bottom, eliminating the hassle of aligning the parts.
