<h1>40mm Ender-3 Fan Replacement Sleeve</h1> I'm in a bit of a bind - I accidentally snapped a couple of fan blades while messing around with my hot end. So, I figured it's time to print up an easy DIY replacement sleeve and fan blade set. The part prints out just fine using vase mode, but you can also use normal print settings if that's what you're comfortable with. Here are the key things to keep in mind: * The fan blade sleeve slides right over the existing fan hub - just be sure to trim it back first before putting on a new sleeve. (Check out the pics for a visual.) * Make sure to get the rotation direction right, or your airflow might suffer.
