40mm Fan Adapter

I wanted to add a 40mm fan to the top of my printer enclosure, so I made a small mounting plate to screw it into. I printed this in ABS, as I mostly use ABS, and it should work fine in any material. Bolts are M3 @ 20mm thread length because that's what fitted my enclosure, but you can use whatever suits your application.
