40mm fan 10mm spacer

I'm designing a custom spacer for my 40mm fan front hot end cooler to support a dial indicator mount. However, I've decided to revamp my mounting system on the petsfang since it's also suitable for various applications such as vinyl cutters, pen plotters, pen holders, Sharpie holders, and laser holders. Right now, I'm working on the universal tool mount, which will be compatible with a range of tools. I recently ran a test but encountered issues due to the tight tolerances in the swivel mechanism. Give me some time to resolve this problem; I'll release two versions - one with a built-in 10mm spacer and another without.
