This is used to secure a power supply to 40mm extrusion. Personally, I'm utilizing openbuilds 2040 and 4040 extrusion and this mount functions flawlessly. Initially, I was concerned it wouldn't be robust enough with just the side mounting screws, but it's actually surprisingly sturdy. Obviously, you'll need to print two of these per power supply unit. I used M5 x 10mm button head screws and M5 washers to attach it to my PSU (I disassembled my PSU and tapped holes to M5 instead of using the M4). Next, I employed M5 x 16mm bolts and washers to secure the PSU to the extrusion. Note that you should flip the part over in your Slic3r software. The recessed screw/washer holes should be facing upwards. Changelog 9/7/2016 - I tested the first revision, and it performed admirably. However, my power supply unit is relatively thick, measuring 52mm, so I wanted to offset it slightly so that it's even with or below the top surface of my extrusion. Since I plan to add a "roof" to my delta eventually, I essentially made the brackets taller and then moved the PSU screw holes down by 7mm. I've added these files for your convenience. If you require a remix for a different power supply unit, please let me know.
