40mm extruder cooling blower

Originally, I used a 40mm fan on the mount, but opted to swap it for a blower fan which resulted in the loss of extruder cooling functionality. However, I added a circular end to compensate. Here's my adaptation - I hope you like it! Credit goes to erossman for the initial mount design. To improve upon this, simply print this piece and attach it using 3M screws, replacing the original duct.
