The thing's name speaks volumes! I gave the small clamp piece in Marty's direct drive extruder a complete makeover, adding a hinge that makes attaching the fan duct a snap. My own design for the fan duct is far from polished, but it gets the job done just fine. The OpenSCAD sources are right there for both the fan duct and the clamp piece, so you're free to mix things up however you see fit. For assembly, grab yourself a 16mm or 20mm M3 bolt and nut, plus some more M3 bolts and nuts for the fan and any optional fan guard you might be using. That commonly available 40mm 12V fan is going to give your E3D aluminum body more than enough cooling. Keep in mind this isn't a layer fan, so keep it spinning as long as your printer's powered on - hook it straight up to the power supply +12V output, NOT to the RAMPS fan output.
