I designed my own version of Prot0typ1cal's base and created custom center sections to accommodate 40mm Noctua fans perfectly. The fan covers with 16mm cores were specifically made for the 10mm thick Noctua fan, while those with 23mm cores are compatible with the 20mm thick fans. Additionally, I took into account the slightly recessed design of the Noctua fans and printed my fan covers flat on the bottom, making them easy to print. These custom fan covers should work seamlessly with most other fan types as well.
