A simple yet ingenious 40mm aeration grid was precisely what I needed - twice, actually - for my bathtub's side tiled cover. With a 40mm circular bell bit, I drilled right through the tiles. This clever design serves two purposes: it allows for ventilation under the bathtub, and its removable nature makes it easy to handle (remove and place) the cover itself, which needs to be firmly pushed under the bath tub border. I believe this innovative grid could also find use as a plaster panel aerator.
