I needed a better way of removing blanks from 40mm hulls especially while out in the field, so I designed this thing. The hex holes are slightly undersized, as I heat up the nut/bolt head and heat seat them into the printed component - for that reason, I print with high wall count, to ensure there's enough material there for the nut to set into. If you want to do bulk runs, ignore the bolt head component, and just chuck a 1/4" bolt (3.5" or longer) into a drill and run it that way.
