Ok so there is nothing ingenious here, but this is literally the first thing that I've ever made. It's just a little TPU thingy you put under your fans so reduce the vibration noise from these fans, especially if they aren't mounted all that perfectly or the fan is just like that. While making the 40mm version – the one that I actually needed, I had a theory that if I made it parametric, I wagered that if scaled down to 30mm, most of the measurements would actually be predictable. Turns out I was right, with a few exceptions like the size of screw holes, you can probably scale this around a bit. So there is an OpenSCAD file available. I don't have any other fan sizes other than 40 and 30, but I'd be curious if you could scale it to 25 or 50mm and still have the screw holes line up.Anyway, its the first useful thing I've ever made and I'm pleased with it. Print it out of TPU or it'll just make things worse :) Size, thickness and width of screw holes are adjustable with variables at the top of the openscad file.
