40mm 2-part (color) fan grill

I discovered a fan grill from Thermaltake that only came in a 120mm size, so I used it as a reference point and designed one similar to fit a 40mm fan. This is a two-part fan grill that can be printed in two different colors: the base and the spoke. They are designed to be printed separately, then pressed together. A small area under the spoke allows glue or epoxy to pool, limiting the amount that spills out. I was able to press mine together without using any adhesive.
