Simplified wheel bit for bikes. A friend purchased scout bikes that lacked wheels. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer Model: Velleman K8400 Rafts: No support structures were added to the print. Supports: Yes, with a moderate level of overhang compensation. Resolution: The printer was set at 100 microns. Infill: The infill density was set at 20%. Notes: This design requires some scaling adjustments. The printed diameter is slightly smaller than expected and the thickness is more pronounced than desired. Post-Printing The print was made from PLA plastic. As usual, the central hole became too small during printing.
