In the golden age of epic-scale warhammer, the reaper titan had multiple subclasses. One of those was the vandal, which essentially served as the melee reaper of the group. The vandal subclass would typically have its carapace weapon removed to allow for greater maximum velocity, enabling it to quickly zone-in on its enemies. However, leaving the mount exposed looked a bit awkward. So I created this to go over the top if you wanted to build a rapier vandal without an exposed top mount.
