With other 3d printed tensioners I found the belt was traveling to one side of the rollers. So of course the easiest solution was to start again and include two adjustment nuts :D Things included in the design: - Make use of original parts - Functional with standard PLA - Independant adjustment to allow easy centering of belt - Some tolerance on parts - Supports not required - Does not interfere with print bed Required: - 8x M4 Washers used for bolts and as spacers either side of roller bearings. 5 Parts Total: - 1x Body - 2x Pullers - 2x Knobs
