4040 Profile Printer Rack

I just wanted to show you my DIY rack for my 3D printer and my 2D printer. It's a custom build that I'm really proud of, and I think it shows how creative you can get with your projects. The rack is built around 4040 aluminum profiles, which I ordered from eBay specifically for this project. To replicate the build, you'll need four 140 cm long profiles and twenty 40 cm long profiles (I measured each component carefully to ensure a snug fit). There's about 1.5 cm of space left on either side of the printer. To add some extra stability, I used hobby glass and 3 mm high-density fiberboard. However, I wouldn't recommend relying solely on the 3D printed parts for support - it can be a bit shaky. Instead, I bought ten professional corners to keep everything in place. The screws I used were M3x16mm, and let me tell you, I needed almost 500 of them! It was a pain, but it was worth it in the end. If you're wondering where all the electronics are, they're tucked away in the middle compartment behind the control panel. Maybe my build will inspire you to create something new and exciting.
