<p>Commercial M3 t-nuts for 4040 aluminium profile are quite hard to find. &nbsp;This quick print solves the problem.</p><p>Print them standing up and with supports (to improve the quality of the nut cutout). &nbsp;It's a good idea to print a small batch in one go as the part is small and you can easily hit minimum layer time issues. &nbsp;The nut cutout is a fairly tight fit - you don't want the nut falling out while you are putting the part into the t-slot - so you will probably need to pull it into place with a screw from the top.</p>
