I designed that specifically for my Formbot T-Rex+, but it also works perfectly with every 4040 ALu profile. Before using it, make sure to grind the male part with a fine sandpaper - simply hold it in your hand and turn it until you've removed an even layer of material everywhere. Print Settings: Printer: CTC Bizer Dual Extruder Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.20 Infill: 25% Notes: 0.4mm printed in PET-G Carbon, with a 5.35mm hole for M5 screws - just use a washer to protect the hole's edge. Post-Printing: Simply check the thread's cleanliness.
