4020 fan to 5015 adapter for Blokhead and MDD.

I have Printermods MDD v1.3 and wanted to use Blokhead. I already had 4020 fans onhand because they do the job as well. Where the 5015 fan sits on the Blokhead is directly underneath the Extruder Motor when using MDD v1.3 (direct drive) with the OEM extruder. It fits in the base of the Blokhead very well. Where the fan sit, I had to modify where the screw holes were by using heat for the fan to sit properly. When I tried to fit it underneath the extruder motor, I had made it too thick. I heated it and squished it to fit there too. It works.... I know it is ugly as sin. It was late, and I probably had some Dutch Courage flowing....
