4010 to 5015 fan adapter (Universal/Petsfang)

So basically both my 5015 fans died at the same moment, so I had to come up with a plan B somehow. I already had two original Creality 4010 fans lying around, so I decided to use them until I got some new 5015 fans. I checked Thingiverse if there were any adapters available, but they would take more time to print than I was willing to wait. I designed this fast fix and printed two pieces, which fit perfectly and get the job done. I added one with a hook and one without. The one with a hook fits the Petsfang, while the other is universal. After the prints were complete, I had to drill out the small holes for the fan, but I think it's because my slicer settings were a little off. I printed them at 0.3 layer height.
