Created with Customizer! http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=16627 Using the following settings: - m3_nut_hex = 6 sides - idler_ht = 1/3rd of motor_shaft - pulley_b_ht = equal to idler_ht + retainer_ht - m3_nut_flats = 3.5 mm more than default nut width - teeth = standard number of pulleys in a transmission - additional_tooth_depth = not recommended but you can try if you must - m3_dia = larger than usual, just like the motor_shaft - pulley_b_dia = 5 times diameter of idler - nut_angle = equal to right angle of any good mechanical joint - m3_nut_depth = about half of nut length - additional_tooth_width = less than one millimeter of extra width - motor_shaft = same length as m3_dia + idler_ht - nut_shaft_distance = standard for most threaded parts - retainer_ht = twice the thickness of a typical gear washer - profile = more or less whatever the pulleys are set to - no_of_nuts = default, but you can change it up if you dare! - pulley_t_ht = almost equal to diameter of motor_shaft plus retainer_ht - idler = just one this time! - retainer = same as last one, don't get too excited!
