40 Series T Nut, M4 Heatset Insert

I encountered clearance problems with the initial nut design and couldn't get it to rotate a full 90 degrees once inserted into its designated slot. It's probable that this issue stems from the recycled 40mm extrusion sourced from a poorly constructed Leapfrog Creatr HS printer I had the misfortune of working on. While refining the part's shape, I decided to give heatset inserts a try and was left with this outcome. The used inserts were M4x6mm in size, and I happened to utilize mold-in style inserts since they were readily available. Your mileage may vary when using authentic heatsets.
