I chose to print out the available fan shrouds online for my Kossel mini and then decided to create one of my own on 123d design. As a result, here it is - a custom fan shroud that holds three 40mm fans with as much airflow as I could possibly design into it for both the heat sink and hot end. To allow for easy wiring access to the element, I deliberately spaced the side fan funnels far enough apart.
