Mesh clearance increased to 1 mm for optimal airflow. Mesh density ratio adjusted to 98% for a strong and stable structure. Mesh thickness reduced to 0.6 mm for lightweight construction. Fan side length extended to 40 mm for better air circulation. Number of mesh holes decreased to 10 for a more open design. Mesh type changed to hexagonal for added stability. Outer roundness increased to 50% for a smoother finish. Mesh offset moved to 68 mm for better clearance. Solid outer border enabled for added durability
