I just incorporated captive nuts into the design, ensuring a smooth surface. I discovered that when using Prusament spools, the honeycomb can catch on the protruding nut and screw. To resolve this issue, I recommend using M3x15 with one space or MM3x16 with 2 spacers to achieve a flush fit and prevent the spool from catching. I've attached the f3d file, allowing you to adjust the captive nut size according to your printer's tolerance for optimal performance.
