TAGINN compatible launcher tube for 40-Max gas heads. These are sold with green & yellow foam balls and run on green gas.Not the most powerful around, but they are a great option for developing projectiles - or using them at close ranges!Expect a roughly 100-125ft usable range with these. I've been shooting them out of a Milsim Labs bullpup 40mm launcher, and the top ladder sight hole is bang-on at 100ft firing 25g Taginn Paladin rounds.Remixed from ExplosiveEnterprises' Avenger barrel.The 40-Max barrels use a M36x1mm metric thread. Print the threading test item first to make sure your printer can handle the fine thread pitch.As with anything dangerous, you assume all liability messing around with this.Print these muzzle-end down. The threads should be the last thing printed. Also, too much cooling will shrink the barrel if you use PETG, so be careful! ASA or Polycarbonate are the best options here.Edit 12/10/2023: Updated barrel model to incorporate a base taper to help lock 3D printed rounds into place. This also makes the barrel easier to print.Edit 12/19/2023: Updated shell internals again to shorten length closer to the real Taginn launch shell. Improved internal taper to match the 9 degree Taginn base taper as well.Edit 05/14/2024: Updated barrel to v3, completely recut the rifling to 380mm helix. This should fit real Taginn rounds much better.Edit 5/15/2024: Updated barrel to v4, further adjustments to the rifling dimensions.Edit 5/16/2025: Updated barrel to final v5.
