This set includes two fan adapters, 40-60 mm in size, with a height of 26 mm. The screw holes are 4 mm to ensure easy fitting, even though fan screws typically measure 3 mm; one adapter has a straight design while the other features a 45-degree twist at one end. I designed these as backup options for a Thingiverse model (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:190298) in case the 40 mm fan doesn't provide adequate airflow. These versatile adapters can be used for various applications and are currently a work in progress. If you print one, please share your experience.
