4-Way Outer Pipe Coupler

A 4-way coupler designed for a slip fit over 3/4 inch schedule 40 PVC pipe, adjustable for varying pipe sizes. It features an internal ledge to prevent pipe collision and sliding. The part is split in half for easy printing and has pads to help it stick to cold platforms, counteracting warping during gluing. Perfect for creating a PVC scaffold around growing tomato plants. Edit the OpenSCAD file's variables if you need different pipe sizes: pipe_od, gap, ledge, wall, pad_w, and pad_r. Compile the OpenSCAD file to generate an STL file, then print two copies. Use Cura 12.07 default settings with PLA, 50% infill, 190 degrees; each half takes about 1.5 hours to print. Clean strings and trim pads if needed. Glue the parts together using cyanoacrylate, heating them gently if necessary for a perfect fit.
