Create a half-coupler for PVC pipes using OpenSCAD software. The coupler fits inside a 3/4" Schedule 40 pipe with a slip fit and features a thin raft-like flange to prevent warping. Customize dimensions by editing variables in the OpenSCAD file. Download OpenSCAD from http://openscad.org if needed. Key adjustable variables include pipe_id, wall, gap, flange_w, and flange_t. After modifying the OpenSCAD file, save and compile it to generate an STL file. Print two couplers using PLA filament and 20% infill at 190 degrees. Trim the flanges with a hobby knife, then glue the pieces together with cyanoacrylate. If needed, heat the flat faces with a hot pan to adjust for slight warping before pressing the pieces together. Finally, use your new PVC coupler as desired.
