This versatile 4-way PVC connector is perfect for building projects that utilize PVC piping. Its unique shape makes it nearly impossible to find in hardware stores, mainly due to its impracticality in plumbing - PVC's primary function. However, PVC also excels as a cost-effective building material offering excellent structural support in prototypes and projects. I identified a gap in the world of PVC connecting and decided to create this connector, which can be scaled up or down to fit any sized PVC piping with a hollow circular hole. By utilizing a hexagonal shape, I ensured that the print remains flat on the build platform, minimizing warping risks. A polygonal design provides better fastening to the pipe than a circular one, thanks to air displacement and the challenges of achieving a perfect fit through scaling. Many may assume creating two circular objects for a tight seal is simple, but in reality, it's a difficult task to accomplish accurately.
