4-ton Floor Jack 1/9 scale

This is a true scale 4-ton floor jack for scale garages. This is proportioned and scaled to 1/9 and works perfectly for the Axial Wrangler, Trail Honcho, or Deadbolt. Do NOT resize! Making it smaller will result in missing print lines. Making it larger means you will have to look for alternative hardware to assemble it. This unit can be locked in place using a 25mm M3 set screw although it is not recommended that the whole weight of the RC is placed on the jack. Just like the real thing, jack stands are necessary to hold most of the load. Additional hardware needed: lift arm to cap housing: 1pc M2x10mm cross head screw parallel link to cap housing: 2pcs M2x6mm cross head screw parallel link to sideplate: 2pcs M2x6 cross head screw or hex cap screw, 2pcs M2 nut to secure the top cover to the sideplates: 2pcs M2x6 cross head screws or hex cap screws to secure the sideplates to the sideplate tie rod:2pcs M2x6 cross head or hex cap screws to secure the handle and handle assembly to the sideplates: 2pcs M2x8mm cross head screws or hex cap screws to lock the hydraulic ram into the up position, you will need to screw in a 20 or 25mm set screw from the back of the hydraulic unit. If you are using the barrel of a 1/8"x1" blind rivet cut down to 19mm for the front shaft, you will need 2 M2x10mm hex cap screws to mount them. For the fulcrum pin that mounts the lift arm to the sideplates, you will need either an M3x25mm hex cap screw and an M3 nut or an M3x25mm set screw and 2 M3 nuts. Because this build was designed with tight tolerances, you might have to file down the excess parts of the screws that protrude beyond the nuts.
