4 Tier Mini Greenhouse Caster Adapter

My family picked up one of those super common 4 Tier Mini Greenhouse kits this spring. It's really useful, but it can be a real pain to move into a safe spot when bad weather is on the way. I thought a set of 4" swivel casters would be just what we needed. I bought ones with a 1/2" x 1-1/2" threaded stem, but ran into two problems right away. The threaded stem turned out to have a bit too much wiggle room in the greenhouse bracket holes and the stem is offset from the axle by 1-1/4", which puts the whole thing at risk of tipping over when we move it around. That's where these adapters come in, taking care of both the fit and the offset. Two things to keep in mind if you print and use these: 1. The radius on the upper edge of the greenhouse bracket plug isn't exactly right, so don't try to force it in too hard. I tapped them a few times with a rubber mallet and can see stress marks in the plastic of the greenhouse brackets where that edge is. 2. These adapters are way sturdier than the greenhouse itself, so there's a chance that the offset will cause the greenhouse brackets to twist and break under a heavy load. The brackets where these are inserted may need some extra reinforcement for safety. I won't get to see how these perform under full load until next year.
