4 Section Stella Maris Montesilvano Pescara Italy

I have created a 3D model of the beautiful Stella Maris building to showcase another stunning piece of Italian heritage. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j9wnnU9yYec The Stella Maris is a historic airplane-shaped building built in 1939 by architects Leone and Liguori, located in Montesilvano, Pescara province in the Abruzzo region. It's a holiday area just a few meters from the sea. I've made my model faithful to the original structure in all its parts at 1/100 scale (where every centimeter corresponds to one meter in reality). To make it printable with common 3D prints, I divided the entire structure into sections and then into individually printable parts with maximum dimensions of 15-19 cm. Before printing the parts, I noticed that they appear reduced in size on the CURA program (I'm still trying to understand why). To return them to their desired scale, you need to enlarge them tenfold. This publication includes two sections: the ground floor and stairs. Later, all the other sections will follow, as the drawing is complete but divided into parts for 3D printing. The base of the entire model measures about 80 x 60 cm, so it needs a suitable flat surface for assembling the various components. In my first section, I'll present the ground floor and stairs of the entire building. Then, I'll continue working on publishing all the remaining sections. https://www.google.com/maps/place/Stella+Maris/@42.5101722,14.1705575,248a,35y,270h,39.46t/data=!3m1!1e3!4m5!3m4!1s0x1331a5e9f39ef639:0xb45b315f080230fe!8m2!3d42.5105254!4d14.1678034 Historical Notes: The Stella Maris beach colony in Montesilvano is one of the rare examples of Futurist architecture in Abruzzo, commissioned by the Fasci Combattenti di Rieti to architect Leoni and engineer Liguori in 1936. The project was designed to showcase the triumph of hygiene and order. The colonia climatica di soggiorno (climate-controlled holiday colony) was an opportunity for architects of the 1930s to experiment with new designs, completed in nine months and inaugurated on September 10, 1939. The building's symmetry reflects its distributional clarity: pilotis at ground level detach the airplane wings, creating a vast shaded area that connects to external spaces. At the center lies the grand helical staircase supported by a cylindrical pillar and topped with spectacular radial vaults. The torrino (cylinder) is located at the center of the two wings, housing the commander's apartment.
