Enlarged PLA_maker's file to 102% and added inside support and filled in holes. I printed this in TPU @ 40% infill and ironing enabled. I enlarged PLA_maker's original file to rely on compression fit, therefore no holes are needed to hold it in place. It's a snug fit and without the slight flex of the TPU I don't know if it would fit.
