4" PVC Pipe Screen --- Coolant chip prefilter

This is a filter designed to fit snugly inside a 4" SCH 40 PVC Pipe. Its purpose was specifically tailored to serve as an initial chip separator for a CNC machine, tasked with efficiently removing most of the chips from coolant to ease the burden on subsequent filters. Layer and speed settings are not critical, but do ensure you're using a nozzle of 0.5mm or smaller in diameter. If unsure about your current nozzle size, it's likely a .4mm nozzle.
