This is a flag holder for the United States Marines, Army, Navy, and Air Force flags. This was designed to be put on a picnic table and hold the 4 flags (with 1/4 inch wooden dowel rods). There is not currently a hole for filling the base with sand, but it could be drilled and infilled based on your infill specs. Hope you all enjoy!
