This 3D model originated from Sketchup 8 before being converted into multiple 3D formats. The native format is .skp, while 3ds Max scene uses version 2016 of the software, rendered with Vray 3.00. It is the Sears model 'Atlanta' from the 1930s and has undergone minimal modifications from its original floor plan. The view of the interior is identical to that shown in a magazine publication. One room has been added, serving as either storage or laundry facilities, which includes a hole in the wall to accommodate washer hoses connecting with sink faucets located inside the cabinet. The bedrooms are relatively small and compact, whereas the kitchen maintains its original layout except for a few modifications such as the addition of a refrigerator and stove. Furthermore, the kitchen's exhaust vents through the same chimney where the old stove used to be vented before. The cellar is divided into quarters: two rooms at the rear accommodate the upstairs tenants, while the front two sections serve the downstairs residents who have access via the light well located within the structure.
