The product weighs approximately 25.5 lbs and is constructed from HDPE material. My primary focus lies in the assembly process rather than rendering, which has led to imperfect results. To assemble the board, I utilized a coupling technique similar to that employed in piping systems (also known as sockets). This coupling appears as a black cylinder and features threads that turn in opposite directions on either end - one with a clockwise (CW) twist and the other with a counter-clockwise (CCW) turn. As the user tightens the coupling during assembly, the board pieces will move closer together. To ensure proper assembly, be mindful of the arrow directions on both the coupling and the board - they should point in the same direction. Additionally, there are holes in the coupling for inserting a rod (diameter less than 5 mm) to aid in tightening or torquing the connection.
