4 Ogre Poses and Posing File
thingiverse
Remixed from mz4250's incredible ogre model, I merged it into blender and applied some smoothing to enhance its details. I posed it in various positions to make it more engaging for my D&D games. Mounted on standard 40mm bases, I adjusted the height of the shorter ones to approximately 8ft and the taller ones to about 10ft (5mm equals 1ft) for optimal gameplay. Original file courtesy of mz4250 can be found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2843189 I've added a blender file that I rigged for posing, featuring three models with four different poses in separate scenes. If you want to use it, make sure the Rigify add-on is installed and set to run python scripts automatically at startup. Otherwise, some parts might appear missing. To speed up the system while posing, consider turning off the subsurf modifier. Once finished, recheck the eyeball box to reapply the adjustments for a seamless experience.
