This is a 120mm fan adapter for minipc from aliexpress shown in the picture. Its slightly lifted to allow air to flow in all 4 direction. I have mini pc with 1135G7 and this has decreased temps around 15c. Adapter has 4 tabs which should slide in between heatsink fins. I printed this in PETG since heatsink could get to 60C+ under load Print upside down without supports.
