4 Inch Airbrush Filter
thingiverse
I built this filtration system a few years ago to enhance air quality while using my spray booth. The booth itself comes equipped with a filter and fan, as well as a 4-inch hose connected to a venting option through a window. While the idea behind this setup is excellent, it unfortunately doesn't do much for my utility bills. Knowing that similar filters are available online, I decided to create a more affordable alternative that would allow me to wrap an inexpensive charcoal sheet around it, making replacement easy and budget-friendly when needed. After using it for a couple of years without replacing the charcoal sheet, I'm pleased to report that it's still performing exceptionally well. To maintain optimal performance, I use a shopvac on the booth filter and change it as required. This setup has been working perfectly for my needs, so I thought I'd share it with you.
