This is a robot we designed for our robotics competition (2016 Illinois 4-H Robotics Challenge). It was designed to climb up 1" field elements and follow a line. Print Settings Printer Brand: SeeMeCNC Printer: Rostock MAX Notes: Use Rafts on Front Axle Mounts/Fenders all others can be printed without. Post-Printing Step 1: Ream out Axle Holes Clean out axle holes to make it easier to insert axles with a 3/8" drill bit Step 2: Screw together Fasten pieces together with #4 sheet metal or wood screws Step 3: Add Gearbox and Tracks Use Tamiya kits (Track an Wheel set) and (Double Gearbox). We built the Gearbox to the B gear ratio. Step: 4: Add electronics Install an Arduino Uno or Mega 2560, Pololu DRV8835 Motor Shield, and Pololu QRT-8RC Sensor Array.
