4 Color Hummingbird for single extruder

I made some minor mods to [creativspelerr's 4 Color Hummingbird Remix](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2881022) since I don't have a multifilament printer.\r\n\r\n(Credit also goes to [lingvistika, who scanned and designed the original!](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2263057))\r\n\r\nThe changes are as follows:\r\n\r\n- Made the bird overall a bit smaller (to be more like a real one) - so these parts aren't compatible with the original.\r\n- Smaller beak, took some work in Meshmixer to make it closer to that of a real hummingbird since I was planning to hang it.\r\n- Added a hook to the body (provided here both versions, with and without the hook).\r\n- Merged eyes into the head. Just used a black marker to dot them as they are hard to print separately and add back in to the head.\r\n\r\nPrinting Tips:\r\n\r\n- Used Cura 3.6.0 slicer. Used minimum layer time of 15s with 'lift head' feature, to allow small layers to cool a little before printing on top of them.\r\n- I used 100% cooling fan, up to you, but I found this better for the small details especially in the wing tips.\r\n- 230C hot end / 95C bed, 100% flow.\r\n- 60mm/s print speed, outer wall 15mm/s, inner wall 45mm/s, top/bottom 30mm/s.\r\n- 30% infill (line pattern).\r\n\r\nPost-print assembly: \r\n\r\n- Printed the parts in ABS separately and glued them together after printing by just dabbing each surface with a tiny amount of acetone.
