4 Channel Relay Solid Mount Snug & Snap Fit

Snap-In Fit & Snug-Fit is a Relay Module with dimensions L 53.94mm x W 72.93mm, perfect for easy installation. This relay module has snap-fit holes ready to go, making it quick and simple to mount. I also designed this module with flush mounting in mind, so it fits snugly without any hassle. The design is optimized for use with 6mm length screws, providing a strong and secure board mount. The lightweight yet robust base support ensures that your relay module stays in place, even under heavy loads. Fusion 360 was used to create this project, requiring some careful handling of vectors to get the tabs just right. Slic3r slicing software was employed to produce a durable part with low settings for maximum strength. I'm planning to take this design further by adding support for cable tie attachment, making it easier than ever to manage cables. You can find the Fusion 360 file shared on this page.
