4 cell AA battery pack
thingiverse
4-cell AA battery case with built-in spring structure. This design enables the building of 4-cell AA sized battery packs without soldering batteries together while still maintaining a slim profile to fit snugly in devices designed for factory-produced battery packs. Each end features a partially connected ring structure that acts as a spring, ensuring firm contact with the battery. In the center, there are four 5mm wide slots for securing wirings to the battery connection. To assemble this case, you will need rubber bands to hold everything together and some wiring for connecting batteries. 5mm wide solder tabs are recommended as connection material, but copper wire or even 5mm wide aluminum bands cut from soda cans can also be used. If you choose to use soda cans, make sure to remove the coating on both sides to allow conductivity. This can be done by either lightly burning it or sanding it down.
