4" Cardboard Tube Plug
thingiverse
I needed to store lengths of wood dowels, carbon fiber rods, steel rods, aluminum rods and music wire in cardboard tubes, but the flimsy plastic caps were falling apart, so I made new ones that worked great. They fit snugly, requiring a tap with a plastic mallet to secure them firmly in place, ensuring they wouldn't fall out.
