To enhance durability of my custom trailer, I opted for a robust lunette ring as it reduces chances of injury while walking around the tongue. With a maximum gross weight of 60,000 lbs, this trailer can also accommodate hinged tongue trailers that have a 90,000 lb capacity. However, these must have negligible tongue load, not exceeding 500 lbs.
